E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE – TEXTILES SOFT FURNISHINGS BRAND – £18K – MONDAY TO FRIDAY 0900 – 5.15PM

My client, a dynamic and highly successful textiles soft furnishings online brand, selling on through their WEBSITE & EBAY, AMAZON, and all social media platforms such as FACEBOOK, TWITTER, INSTAGRAM are looking to recruit an E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXEC to join their dynamic team due to rapid growth in the business.

You will be the first point of contact for any concerns raised by our Customers whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Must have a customer service background OR a desire to enter the ecommerce sector and progress a career at a fast growing company, dealing with large volume of emails on a daily basis, telephone enquires and refunds etc, providing the highest levels of customer service, must have excellent English language and able to work in a fast paced environment. Also knowledge of dealing with customer queries via INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK. TWITTERS etc.

What’s involved?

To be the key person for receiving Customer complaints and retention opportunities.

To ensure that all Customer service issues whether verbal or written are acknowledged in line with the complaints procedure.

Ensure all Customer service issues are thoroughly investigated

To receive Customer telephone calls and resolve queries

Dealing with large volumes of customer emails on a daily basis

Dealing with enquiries from INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK AND TWITTER

Dealing with refund procedures

What are we looking for?

Excellent English language and telephone manager

A “can-do” attitude, a thirst for knowledge and the ability to communicate knowledge effectively within the team.

Experienced in dealing with high volumes of emails

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Strong time management skills.

A dynamic and flexible approach, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

Previous experience of working in a fast paced Customer Service – in E-COMMERCE industry OR a desire to enter the ecommerce sector and progress at a fast growing company.

Working to targets and deadlines and providing the highest levels of customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £18,000.00 per year
